Hope it is helpful to you and you can learn from it.
There is alot more that can be done to the image in the example but, I wanted to keep it fairly simple to follow and as short as possible (although it still came out pretty dang big!!

)

The file size for the example .PSD's used was fairly large so I had to upload it to a filesharing network. I have also password protected the archive to try and keep the rips to a minimal

I have split the archive that goes along with this tutorial into two parts, both just under 100mb!!

The archive contains the tutorial listed here plus two .PSD's that go along with it, a .PSD with all the clouds I use as well as the .PSD source that I made during this tutorial that contains the image shown.
